We are more than our sun signs, but knowing them can be a start. If it fits, great! But if it doesn’t, that’s okay, too. There’s probably something deeper happening in your chart. Either way, enjoy!
Woohoo!
Mercury directs on March 21st at eight degrees Pisces!
Aries (Spring Equinox-approx. April 21st): March 2026 may begin with an interesting feeling in the air. On one hand, you may feel like good things are coming your way, but when you look around, you may see more situations that need to be addressed than opportunities to maximize. What you’re sensing will come later in the month, as we get closer to the equinox. For the first two weeks, though, you may find it is all about evaluating where you’re at now and figuring out what to get rid of to welcome new growth. The Mercury retrograde may be hitting close to home, but all in all, it may be manageable. As the month continues, you may find things go from ho-hum to fantastic. The deeper we get into March, the more we find good things come your way, provided you’ve done the necessary prep work in various life areas. Be warned, though, that with each period of growth, a sacrifice is to be made, and usually this involves letting go of something that no longer serves you.
Taurus
(Approx. April 21st to approx. May 21st): If you can keep your temper in
check, you may find that the first two weeks of March 2026 roll along very
nicely and smoothly, particularly regarding love, creativity, and the finer
arts in general. Your home life and immediate family may be rolling along
smoothly, too, and thus, you can see the main emphasis is on enjoying the
gentler side of life and counting your blessings. As March marches on, you may
find the lesson of the latter half of the month is focused on motivating
yourself to make the changes you see are needed in your life. This Mercury
retrograde period may be one of spiritual and emotional purification and
cleansing, and if you choose carefully, you are in a good position to have a
fantastic birthday and a strong start to the astrological new year. During the
month, you may see changes in your family life, but these will be changes for
the better.
Gemini
(Approx. May 21st to Summer Solstice): Emotional, spiritual, and creative
challenges may all meet you as March 2026 begins, and this Mercury retrograde
may be a particularly rough one. Issues related to any or all of those themes
may come up. The good news is that with multiple planets in Aries, you may feel
like fresh starts and good things are around the corner, and you are correct.
By month’s end, you may find the newness of spring is exactly what you need,
especially when it comes to new faces in your social circles. As the month
advances, you may notice things go from rough to fantastically good, as the
Aries activity brings easy-flowing, positive manifestations to welcome the new
season. If you can keep your short temper and emotional intolerance under
control, you may find this is a time for new beginnings and good things coming
your way.
Cancer
(Summer Solstice to approx. July 21st): The beginning of March 2026 may
begin with an interesting situation. On the one hand, challenges may be
present, as Saturn and Neptune are at the beginning of Aries, and Chiron is
later in the sign, meaning that many Cancerians may be going through challenges
right now, many of them involving inner psychology and conflicts of will with
others. However, spirituality and creativity may be flowing along smoothly, and
the Mercury retrograde may bring a time for resolutions of any or all of those
themes. As the month continues, the challenges become more prevalent and may
now encompass issues related to love, money, and miscommunication around the
equinox. If you take action around the equinox, you may find you can wrap up
outstanding creative projects and make changes to your spirituality and its
practice. All of this Aries activity sets the stage for a challenging beginning
to April.
Leo
(Approx. July 21st to approx. August 21st): March 2026 begins with a sense of
optimism, good fortune, and extra energy as it begins, and while you may feel
like things are aligning and coming along, they have not clicked into place
yet, but this will happen by the end of the month. Manifestations may not be
immediate, but the work you do during the month may set the stage for results
later this year. Many of your recent challenges appear to be quieting and
dissipating in the first two weeks of March, paving the way for new activity
after the equinox. As March moves forward, things go from good to even better,
and potentially great! The time is now for planning the rest of the year, and
you may find that unexpected good things come your way in the last two weeks of
the month. You may also find that if you aren’t paying attention, you miss
opportunities that arise. However, the drawback that comes with the last two
weeks is that there may be too much energy in the air, and if you’re not
careful, you may be accident-prone, short-tempered, or intolerant of those who
disagree with you.
Virgo
(Approx. August 21st to Autumnal Equinox): While February may have brought emotional
and spiritual challenges, the first two weeks of March are when things will
wrap up, clearing the stage for the rest of the year. You may find that your
family and immediate loved ones are rolling along smoothly, giving you a
support structure you can rely on. A few days into the month, you may find it
wise to watch for accidents while you’re out and about, but at the same time,
if you can harness office conflict, you can put the energy to good use to make
forward, professional moves. The Mercury retrograde is coming along to clear
out your emotions and to cause changes in your spirituality. As the month
progresses, you may find a lot of the tension and issues related to Pisces fade
into the background, and while nothing good comes along to replace it, nothing
bad happens, either, giving you a lateral move kind of impression for the last
two weeks of the month. While there may still be communication issues for the
last two weeks, these are the dying vestiges of the Mercury retrograde and will
therefore fade quickly, giving you a fairly blank slate for April 2026.
Libra
(Autumnal Equinox to approx. October 21st): Things are about to get intense,
Librans, as the activity in the sky is methodically moving into Aries, while
Jupiter is in Cancer, and all of this means that the farther you get into
March, the more challenging things will get, particularly regarding love,
money, family, the home, and making decisions that are best for you, regardless
of what others think. Part of this can be accomplished by listening to your
intuition and fulfilling what your heart wants. The first two weeks of March let
you wrap up outstanding creative projects before the challenges start, but as
we get closer to the equinox, things become more challenging due to all the
activity moving into Aries. Even though things may feel particularly
challenging, they will only get more intense when Mars enters Aries. This
ingress will bring a spark, activating the tensions and challenges present in a
more dynamic fashion.
Scorpio
(Approx. October 21st to approx. November 21st): Aren’t you in an interesting
position as March 2026 begins? First, the Mercury retrograde is assisting you
in wrapping up some unresolved issues having to do with spirituality,
creativity, and possibly romance, too. But challenges abound as well,
particularly those related to social circles, the public face, and all things
to do with groups. Unexpected daily challenges may continue to crop up, making
the first two weeks a challenging time to maintain forward momentum. The good
news is that most of the first two weeks will be spent clearing out the old to
make way for the new. Once the equinox arrives, things take an interesting
turn. First, the intensity and intense challenges have dissipated for the most
part, leaving you in a position to listen to your intuition and to close,
trusted confidants on how to proceed, creatively and spiritually. But, with all
of the activity in Aries, and sharing a ruling planet with it, it may feel like
there is more energy in the air than you can handle. On the one hand, this is
good because if you apply yourself and stay disciplined, you can accomplish
many projects aligned with your overall life direction. However, the challenge
present is that you may be more prone to accidents, arguments, or irritation if
you are opposed.
Sagittarius
(Approx. November 21st to Winter Solstice): Like a few other signs, the first
two weeks of March 2026 may start with a mix of challenges and blessings. The
challenges will involve communication, emotions, creativity, and spirituality,
as Mercury retrograde brings things to the surface for addressing. Other than
these challenges, there may be a sense of positivity, optimism, and new
beginnings, but these won’t arrive until late in the month, setting the stage
for a busy and positive April. After the equinox, many of the challenges will
fade, leaving only communication issues to round out the month. Unexpected
opportunities may arise involving love, money, and maturity. However, these
opportunities may not immediately manifest, and that is okay because this is
the time to lay the foundation for the year in terms of the goals you want to
accomplish. All the extra energy in the air over the last two weeks of the
month can be put to good use if you channel it carefully.
Capricorn
(Winter Solstice to approx. January 21st): March 2026 begins with a Mercury
retrograde that may be assisting you with wrapping up creative projects,
spiritual interests, and intense conversations with loved ones. Other than this,
though, challenges may be in the air that involve internal psychological
healing, the maturing process, and your home life. The good news is that if you
pay attention, you can capitalize on unexpected daily events that sporadically
come up. As the month continues, the closer you get to the equinox, the more
you may find the challenges increase, as more planets enter Aries. The
challenges from earlier in the month may intensify, making the beginning of
April feel overwhelming. In many ways, the last two weeks of March will
highlight the internal issues you need to address before you can proceed.
Effectively, the closer we get to Taurus transits in April, the better your
life will be.
Aquarius
(Approx. January 21st to approx. February 21st): Even though emotional tension may
be present the first few days of March, you may find that otherwise things
aren’t too bad. The Mercury retrograde may be a minor inconvenience or a
non-event, which sets you apart from many other signs. The emphasis continues
to be on embracing the new, whether these are beliefs, habits, or life cycles. The
extra energy that you had in February is now fading, to be replaced with more
consistent energy that you can use, rather than the sporadic nature you just
experienced. As the month continues, things go from okay to fantastic as more
planets enter Aries. You may still need to make minor adjustments in
communication, particularly those of an emotional nature, but other than that,
the last two weeks of March set the stage for what promises to be an active
April.
Pisces (Approx. February 21st
to Spring Equinox):
Happy birthday, Pisces! This is your birthday month, and wow, what an intense
start! Mercury is retrograde in your sign, so you may find old and unsettled
themes having to do with love, creativity, and spirituality, all come up to be
addressed. The home life and immediate family may be rolling along nicely and
smoothly right now, but if you’re not careful, you may drown in the energy that
the current Pisces transits are bringing. Other than the Mercury retrograde,
you may find things are quiet overall, for a change, especially now that Saturn
is out of your sign. This gives you a chance to catch your breath and breathe a
sigh of relief. As we progress to the equinox, you may find that your life
starts to quiet down, as more planets move into Aries. The last two weeks of
the month may be spent dealing with residual emotional, spiritual, creative,
and communicative issues, but once Mars and Mercury exit your sign, you might
be able to focus on new beginnings. All in all, March is a transition month,
from intensity and resolution to laying the foundation for what’s coming later
in the year.
